You could do this last bit one of two ways I think. 1. Any mail replied to should also be BCC'd to the common email address. This would result in both users receiving a copy of the reply and has the advantage that the mail list room then has a full list of every conversation. 2. Each user should CC the other user when they reply. Down side is the mail list room contains only the messages from outside. The downside to both these is that the users replying have to remember to do the CC or BCC. Actually there may be another way to do this by abusing a non feature. I'll check that out now.
