Thanks Davew for your help and confirming that I'm on the right track. I will run this by our users to see how they feel about copying in the main email address each time they send mail. It's not ideal, but I'll see how they feel. This seems still messy though as it will be difficult to track a thread. Hello Dothebart, I'm not sure what you are referring to when you say "You're probaly looking ratherfor s.th like SugarCRM, OTRS etc.". I'm sorry, but I don't know what the acronyms mean. Is this referring to my question about saving a Draft in Citadel (using Webcit)? So if Citadel mail (using Webcit) can't share mail between two users without copying in the other user on each message...would the following scenario be possible? 1. Use Citadel to download mail from ISP using Pop3 to a Public Room. 2. Each user uses Thunderbird on their PC's and connect to the public room on Citadel via IMAP. My assumption here is that using IMAP would allow a message sent to a customer by a user would be automatically saved in the Public Room. This is where my knowledge of email servers is very thin so please set me straight if I've understood this incorrectly. Thanks, Charles. >Thu Oct 09 2008 05:56:59 PM EDT from [EMAIL PROTECTED] >Subject: Re: Still confused about how to setup Citadel for users who share >email > > > >No, citadel doesn't offer it to that point. > >You're probably looking rather for s.th like SugarCRM, OTRS etc.
