It's not yet compatible with Xorg-server for f16 so there is no point
to have it in the repo.
Please consider installing libtxc_dxtn, this library will enable some
opengl functions usefull for nouveau.
Depending on your usage that will help.

Once that said, even if nvidia provides a driver compatible, I will
not maintain it myself, someone else will have to volunteer.
