CIC video conferencing is done through the NIC. They usually have a good bandwidth. It all depends on how comfortable you are with form of communication. There used to be a time when folks were against a business deals through telephones. Now folks use mobile phones for the purpose. (The fact that bigger business deals are done on golf course is a different issue ;-) )
Several hearings thru video conferencing have been
conducted from NIC, Gandhinagar and the appellants
were satisfied. In your case, I guess, you will have
to travel to Jaipur or some other city where NIC
offers this facility.
