HR Officer - Recruitment
(The Palazzia, Jalan Bukit Gambir, Penang)
 
Responsibilities: 


To assist and support on day-to-day operation to Recruitment & Business 
Operations 
HR operational services delivery as well as implementation of Human Resources 
policies and procedures. 
Administer direct labour manpower planning, recruitment activities and 
selection process from sourcing, pre-screening, short-listing, interviewing, 
assessment, reference check to offering. 
Establish a network of sources and recruitment drives. 
Maintain recruitment database, documentation as well as reports generation. 
To perform any other duties as directed by the supervisor from time to time.
 

Requirements:


Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, 
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business 
Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, 
Commerce or equivalent. 
Able to communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the 
organization 
Proficient in computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office applications 
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks with limited 
supervision 
Knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law, Employment Act and other statutory 
requirements 
Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia 
Full-Time positions available
