source of a music track

Hi all,

The music on Fred 34, E-Tunes, 4th track (Andy Monk - "Untitled") ...  
does anybody know if that's an original composition, or based off  
something else?

Because I'm pretty sure I heard it being played at the start of the  
recent Top Gear North Pole special...
