This is quite amusing, but I would not wish to succeed with ?vinaayaka,? 
preferring to be defeated as quickly as possible with ?na janaami? (if I really 
didn?t know).

In this particular case, however, everybody would spontaneously understand it 
as a joke (maybe mocking the self-answering question), and in terms of metre, 
vinaayaka is indeed a perfect answer.

I thank all those who have responded & emailed me regarding my question.
Indeed I have learned of the bija syllables & their associated
characteristics. I have been made aware through literature & the aural
experience of recitation allowed me to practice bija japa through emulation.


Such practices became the origin, inspiration & motivation of my pursuit to
experience an understanding of sanskrit wisdom. Approaching my study with
the primary interest in devotion to the vedic texts (& sri adi S A's
commentaries) I found I should first seek to understand grammar & etymology,
prosody & speech if I truly desired to know this potent tongue.

Learning of Panini's maheshvara sutras/ashtadhyayi & reading a bit about the
history of sanskrit / devanagari : I had began to wonder if the bija
syllables are considered seeds of the sanskrit language, which is why i
posted my inquiry. If I knew sanskit I could explain my confusion better. *(
I have spent an hour typing & then deleting my poor attempts to state my
deeper confusions regarding the Origins, Chronology & Differences between
Spoken & Written Sanskrit. I must study more before I elaborate with further
inquiries. I am already embarrassed by inarticulate ramblings) *

The works of panini are currently considered the oldest authority on
Sanskrit Grammar*. Which text first recorded/revealed/proclaimed the sounds
& qualities of the Bijas?  I have not discovered reference to their mention
within the four vedas or upanishads, But I know nothing of the greatness of
these texts. It is the publication "Shiva Puja & Advanced Yajna" as well as
"Kali Puja" where I find the use of Bija syllables.


Thank you for the time you have taken in responding. It has clarified my
confusion. I now know that the seed syllables are not meant to be considered
as the seeds of the sanskrit language. It is within the pursuit, practice &
experience of understanding Sanskrit that I become one with God.

group. I give great thanks for the boons of this community!

*[07-103] HYMN CIII. Frogs.*

1. THEY who lay quiet for a year, the Brahmans who fulfil their vows,

The Frogs have lifted up their voice, the voice Parjanya hath inspired.

2 What time on these, as on a dry skin lying in the pool's bed, the floods
of heaven descended,

The music of the Frogs comes forth in concert like the cows lowing with
their calves beside them.

3 When at the coming of the Rains the water has poured upon them as they
yearned and thirsted,

One seeks another as he talks and greets him with cries of pleasure as a son
his father.

4 Each of these twain receives the other kindly, while they are revelling in
the flow of waters,

When the Frog moistened by the rain springs forward, and Green and Spotty
both combine their

voices.

5 When one of these repeats the other's language, as he who learns the
lesson of the teacher,

Your every limb seems to be growing larger as ye converse with eloquence on
the waters.

6 Onc is Cow-bellow and Goat-bleat the other, one Frog is Green and one of
them is Spotty.

They bear one common name, and yet they vary, and, talking, modulate the
voice diversely.

7 As Brahmans, sitting round the brimful vessel, talk at the Soma-rite of
Atiratra,

So, Frogs, ye gather round the pool to honour this day of all the year, the
first of Rain-time.

8 These Brahmans with the Soma juice, performing their year-long rite, have
lifted up their voices;

And these Adhvaryus, sweating with their kettles, come forth and show
themselves, and none are

hidden.

9 They keep the twelve month's God-appointed order, and never do the men
neglect the season.

Soon as the Rain-time in the year returneth, these who were heated kettles
gain their freedom.

10 Cow-bellow and Goat-bleat have granted riches, and Green and Spotty have
vouchsafed us

treasure.

The Frogs who give us cows in hundreds lengthen our lives in this most
fertile season.

Description Frogs at the first Rain Fall as a Vedic Seer visualized them.

There is an episode that the Seer Vasishtha was led to praise these Frogs.
Once he offered a prayer to Parjanya to send rain fall and he was astonished
to see that the frogs around him also greeted him with their loud voice. He
was pleased with the frogs and composed this Sukta in their praise. Hope you
also would like the description. And, in times of draught, this prayer is to
be chanted in the ways prescribed for it with the sacrifice, according to
Shaunaka.

In case any explanation on any word is needed, I shall be only glad to offer
it in my next posting.

Some people are like (the verbs) ?????? and ??????, which will never possess
any virtue (???) or prosperity (??????). But there are certain people, like
the ?????? suffix, by one in association of with it also will never have
them. (not only the suffix will vanish, but it will make others devoid of
any Guna and Vriddhi).

Note:

Panini prohibits any Guna or Vriddhi (two types inflections to vowels) by
 ?.?.? ???????????? 1.1.6 d?dh?vev???m to these two verbs. They will never
take anywhere Guna or Vriddhi. In the case of the suffix KVIP, itself
remains as zero morpheme, and makes the word to which it affixed, also not
to have any Guna or Vriddhi in any case. This is the basis for the
imagination for the Grammarian's reproach

Indeed in the Rg veda the dhatu's ?????? and ?????? do undergo ??? and ??????.
Hence the verse is modified to show that even those folks who lack virtue and

GyAna!
