A command 'quote-event' makes temporarily forget the Sawfish key /
mouse binding, so that a user can deliver an input event to a client
window, instead of being handled by Sawfish.

The current one does not always work, and Timo has uploaded an
improved version to the Wiki site, as "better-quote-event". Is it
OK to replace the current one with this? (Not in hurry at all.)

One case that I've noticed that the current version does not work is
mouse-click, invoked from sawfish-client.
