good work with the svg research. have also made some progress with my 
research on pfaedit for font design.

meanwhile, do you think u could do enough scratch 'n sniffin' to give a light 
demo to the schools at the subsequent meet, on creating your first "hello 
world" svg-animation? we'll of course, let the kids explore everything for 
themselves on their own, but you could get them started.
