Hi,

We still need a good content management system for the free-ed.org
site.  The requirements are the same as those posted earlier, which
I'm copying here:

**Criteria for a good CMS
- Ease of use
- Users/Groups Sub Groups should be creatable
- Some kind of Version Control for Articals
- Rating System
- Quiz System
- Discussion Board
- XML compatible {preferably}
- Should support Multiple Views/indexes 
- GPL'ed
- UTF8 UTF16 or some unicode compatibility

We tried out Zope+Plone, but either we were extremely dumb in our
understanding of the package or the package simply sucks -- draw your
own conclusions ;-)  Alternative required urgently!

Pankaj will not be able to take on the job of evaluating the various
available CMS's; would someone volunteer to take on that task and
present a short report in, say, 2-3 days?
