[Scid-users] Scid, ChessDB, Shane - Another opinion

Hi all,

I would like to go along with Sean.

Thanks to all of you who put in so much labour to make
Scid/Scid-pg/ChessDB so useful for the rest of us. Please settle your
differences amicably. Perhaps you are fighting over some point which
may not be worth losing your peace for.

Or perhaps you are overworked and stressed out and getting worked up
easily - maybe I am a bit off the mark, but I am an overworked grad
student and get into fights more often than not because of that.

Just relax.

Please realize that you have the admiration of a lot of people who use
the stuff you are making better through your efforts, although we
rarely remember you when things are working and ask questions only if
there's a bug.

It might seem like such a thankless job, but hey, what you people do
is actually pretty cool (except for the fights, which are virtually
pointless - there ought to be more important things in your life).

Cheers,

Aniket

Using Tomcat but need to do more? Need to support web services, security?
Get stuff done quickly with pre-integrated technology to make your job easier.
Download IBM WebSphere Application Server v.1.0.1 based on Apache Geronimo
