Clonezilla does not support the conversion for MBR to GPT.
Virtualbox can handle uEFI, so please check its manual.

Ok so this was not a Clonezilla issue but a Windows issue.

Here is how I solved it.

I first installed Windows 10 in VBox, then I booted into VBox with
Clonezilla and my image, then I overwrote only the Windows or C Drive, and
when I booted back it, I had all my files.
