The CIA and Mind-Control For Kids//
--Fwd of a talk by Jon Rappaport
Last year, during the time we were putting together our series of
reports on the REAL story about the mass slaughter at Columbine High, we
had a number of important phone conversations with researcher Jon
Rappaport on the very same topic as this talk of his, reprinted below.
That is: mind control/manipulation projects and operations, conducted by
U.S. (covert[?]) government intelligence (and/or military) agencies or
factions thereof; which focus particularly or exclusively upon
victims/subjects who are children--of varying ages, depending upon the
particular project.
It's undeniable that certain of these inconceivably brutal projects are
implemented against children as young as 2 and 3 years old: others are
aimed more at kids close to or at the age of puberty; with all other age
groups in between targeted as well in various operations.
And we're NOT talking about "history" here, either. We're talking about
NOW; today; taking place somewhere right beneath the surface in YOUR OWN
smooth little suburban heaven... which is just the way Littleton used to
think of itself.
In regard to the Littleton school massacre: our conversations with
Rappaport helped us in our reports to zero in on the many clear
indications that Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris were
massively-manipulated teenaged subjects of covert government mind
control projects, who were carrying out previously embedded,
pre-programmed directions and commands when they and a HOST of
accomplices and "accessories" launched the assault on Columbine High
School on April 20, 1999.
We found and published much information which supported this assessment
of Klebold and Harris. Regarding Eric Harris, it was brought out that
beyond any doubt Harris was subjected to mind control experimentation
while he was living at Plattsburgh Air Force Base in northern New
York--just before moving to Littleton. This was clearly stated BY HARRIS
HIMSELF to a friend in the Plattsburgh area on several occasions. As
well, a former government operative/programmer who worked at the base
verified that a wide range of mind-altering drugs, along with
electromagnetic transmissions, hypnotic trance induction, ritualistic
psychosexual abuse and inculcation of cult-like belief systems (ala
Jonestown, Trenchcoat Mafia, etc.) and other forms of manipulation were
utilized on youngsters in tremendously extensive mind control projects there.
I'm very happy to provide the NewsHawk list with this example of
Rappaport's excellent, deep and thorough knowledge of this subject. Jon
also has a solid awareness of exactly how VAST the parameters or
dimensions of this hideous and utterly despicable, reprehensible field
of activity actually is.

Today we are going to hear from investigative journalist Jon Rappoport
give a talk entitled The CIA, Mind Control, and Children about
the CIAs use of children for creating mind control agents. Author of
U.S. Government Mind Control Experiments on Children, he
talks about the impact of the mind control testimony submitted to the
Presidential hearings on radiation experiments. Jon also speaks
about the mindset of those responsible for these horrors and the
implications to society.

We are going to launch into this subject, but with a few comments before
we start. Mind control is one of those things people dont like
to talk about, including yours truly frankly. I got into it, and I saw
the evidence, and it was
you know, there it was.
OfÞcially MKULTRA was a CIA mind control project that lasted about 10
years
lets say from 1952 to 1962-63
Before it started,
there was ARTICHOKE AND BLUEBIRD
those were other CIA mind control
projects. After it ended, supposedly in 1963, an ofÞce
called ORD OfÞce of Research and Development took it over. Their job we
dont know about
we are not sure of everything they did
because that information is not available. It is in 130 boxes of
material somewhere
maybe in Langley, Virginia but they wont release it.
Various people have said that they employed more sophisticated measures
than MKULTRA to do mind control on people.
I think one of the reasons that this is such an important subject is
because we are looking at people here who have a certain attitude about
life itself, and these people are in the government and they are in
important positions in the government
and in order to understand
what they are really about, we get a look at them that is unprecedented
