I managed to run the upgrade with the old version, i.e. upgrade apt-cacher along the rest of the machine. If there is any further information you need, please let me know. Now I'm running testing and follow any further upload you make for Forky. As in the past, I used this setup (on different hardware) for the last ~ 20 years, but I don't remember off-hand when I had to switch from apt-cacher-ng to apt-cacher. > Did you upgrade apt-cacher to forky first? Well, sometime in the afternoon, after several restarts, it suddently started downloading all packages. Since I ran out of time today (I expected the download to be a matter of minutes, not hours), I will perform the update probably on Sunday.
