That means that the company "FixMeStick Technologies", that sold you 
this stick, is trying to mooch off the free work of volunteers, rather 
than providing the required support for their commercial product - which 
has been altered in substantial ways from what the volunteers provide.


Please take it up with them - their official support contacts are listed

The "FixMeStick" sold by FixMeStick Technologies is not an official
Debian product and does not appear to contain an official Debian image
(it's unclear whether it contains Debian at all). I would recommend
using an official Debian image flashed to a standard USB drive
instead.

Problem starting newer HP Laptop with Fix-Me Stick

This laptop was bought 1-1-26 and I cannot get into it, even with the
fixmestick.
I don't know what to do now. Do you have any help for this issue?
