Ah, yes :) I thought you were talking about the main branch in the
struts repo
There is no change in error flow, the parser just reports an error and
returns. And maybe that's the issue, and your custom field isn't
parsed at this point - the only option I see is to let the parser
finish and then return the final result instead of breaking in the
middle.
