Yup imho startup can be slower as we are initialising two containers now
(spring and plexus for indexer and Maven apis ).
And there are a lot of snapshot check (redback and co jackrabbit ).

1.4-M3 with the new ui soon. And I don't want
to be dependant on junit release timeframe.
