Re: [dom4j-user] Jaxen 1.1.1
I prepare dom4j 2.0, which will be compatible with Java 5 - and there will be Jaxen 1.1.1. I started work on it before summer holidays and it still needs some work to be able to publish first alpha version. I personally mean not to continue in development of version 1.6.x as Java 1.4 compatible version. But it is good idea to release version 1.6.2 with no changes in dom4j source code but with stable versions of dependencies. FWIW, I downloaded JAXEN 1.1.1 from here http://jaxen.codehaus.org/ and have been happily using it to parse small XPATH-queries for a few months, no problems at all. -Paul -Original Message- >From: Filip Jirsák <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> >Sent: Sep 8, 2008 12:31 PM >To: Isabelle Muszynski <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> >Cc: [email protected] >Subject: Re: [dom4j-user] Jaxen 1.1.1 > >Hello, >I don't know about any complex tests of dom4j with Jaxen 1.1.1. Re: [dom4j-user] Jaxen 1.1.1
Hello, I don't know about any complex tests of dom4j with Jaxen 1.1.1. I use myself dom4j with Jaxen 1.1 and haven't found any problem yet. I think using with Jaxen 1.1.1 is safe as well.
