Subject: Script errors w/search toolbar

Hello, I installed your search toolbar and keep getting a
script error for it, (see attached
I had 2.5.7 of DQSD, and I had the font's and color
etc all set. I upgraded to version 3.0 and all my custom stuff is gone. Where
and how do I edit it back? The Help info says to edit a file called
localsearch.css, but that file seems to have not been installed.
Any ideas?
Thanks
is missing. In a earlier version, I could
make it into an HTML page, with full usage.
I know this is designed as a taskbar add-on, and I love using it that
way, but I would also love to have it as an easy way to start my searches
directly in IE.
Thanks in advance for not flaming me!
David
you can resize things.
Happy searching,

actually, i've never been able to get googlespell to work. i have the
google license key entered using the syntax below but always get the same
error message when attempting to use it: Error executing web service.
Client, Service unavailable null.
any idea what i might be doing wrong here?
Ronald - this is a known problem with some
installations that we will be fixing in a new release to come out shortly. In
the meantime, you can work around the problem by deleting c:\program files\quick
search deskbar\search\dicit.xml and acine.xml as well.

Tim, Jaqui, Linda, Henry, MLL, and others -
Thanks very much for test driving the 3.1.1, 3.1.2, and 3.1.3 bugfix
releases.
Version 3.1.3, posted on http://dqsd.net/, should address the various
scripting errors that we were seeing in version 3.1.0.

Here's a tip (found by Jeff Winkler) for getting ActiveDesktop enabled on

Haven't tried it, but it may work for you.

MessageSteve,
I turn it off too. Just go to the little menu and
select configure local preferences.
Then when notepad pops up, add the line
bannerurl = ;
after you save and close notepad, enter a single ! in the
search box. It will reload itself without the little icon.

Title: Bug?
Hi Dave,
I'm not sure if this is a bug or if the setting is just not implemented yet or if there is some other problem. I have recently changed my default browser to Avant which is based on the IE engine.

Hi there,
Thanks for making it so easy to extend DQSD - it's a fantastic little app! I
searched around but I couldn't find a search for used books at abebooks.com,
which is a site I use regularly. So I've coded a search myself. The best
feature is that it allows the user to specify location

Hi all,
I'd like to add new mathematical constants to DQSD so I can (for example)
