I am using a Yaesu 2800 rotor with a Sartek card. The rotor works fine but I can’t get it to interface with DX4WIN. It worked in years gone by but not now. When I check rotator parameters it shows it to be disabled. If I it set it to normal and try the rotor—it reverts to disabled. Is my card
