Have you COMPLETELY powered down the computer? Not just telling it to 
shut down but actually pulling the plug or flipping the switch on the 
power supply if it has one? Best place to start for oddball happenings!

Hi Everyone:

When I now turn on DX4WIN my 7800 goes into transmit.  Never did that 
before.  Computer controller is a MKII.  Everything else seems to be
