Friday night has two functions, the first is to be social and help
people get to know each other. It will be food and talking.


But the second part of friday night is to start the planning and
organizing.  Help people start brainstorming topics. Start the
Schedule Wall and to then give people a tour of the space.

So 1) social and 2) start planning


I expect that the sessions on saturday will be better when the participants
know each other a bit...
