Hello All,
First, my heart goes out to those whose little ones recently passed.
I am new to the list and new to dealing with FeLV, I now have 3 fosters

Unless there is one they claim can be done without a blood draw I would
think it is the same as the vet uses and all you need for that is the snap test
kit and a blood draw. The snap tests aren't by Rx so I believe you can buy
them from a vet supply place. The needles for blood draw might

I don't know how much Interferon Omega costs but
the natural interferon I got the pricing on (Multiferon manufactured by Veragin)

believe
one had had a cat that lived to be 22. I don't think there is any hard
evidence as to whether it helps or not, but it won't hurt them.
I'm sure you will hear from others who do it.

their FeLV cats .5ml of Immuno Regulin
sub-q every month. I asked their vet why and you will never guess what he
said. They do it because that was what was being done when he got there.

As for immunoglobulins, I don't think I have seen anyone mention that here
or on the other FeLV lists, unless, it was called something else.
I don't think I would consider re-homing my negatives, you might be waiting
a long time for the positive to be gone, some here have very old positives.
