I have Legacy pinned to the taskbar and until now it has opened fine from
there. Now, however, a click on the icon gives the message Please wait
while Windows configures Roxio Creator Premier 10.
I quickly cancel that and Legacy opens as it should. What is causing this?
Thanks.

I have my legacy set up on the pc in the living room. It's the paid version,
can I save my zipped files on Dropbox and open it on the bedroom pc which does
not have the paid legacy?

You can install Legacy Deluxe on both your machines and use Dropbox or some
other program like SugarSync which allows you to share files between
computers. SugarSynch is free for the 1st 5 gb of space whereas Dropbox
allows 2 gb. You could also consider using TeanViewer which is also free

This is a problem with the Windows Installer. Even though you may have
either removed the Roxio program from your machine or never installed
it there is still an Installer configuration file on the machine that

The quick answer is yes, you can do that.
The slightly longer answer is that you can use your Deluxe code on both

Thanks. Jim Terry responded and the issue has been resolved. In my case I

And an even longer answer appears in the License.txt file found in your

this --everything points to choosing an individual.
With a descendant chart one can tick the box for include siblings, but

Marnie,
Are your two grand nieces sisters? If so, you could create a fake child for
their parents named something like, Mary Jane and Alice May. Then make an
ancestor chart for that child. It would be titled Ancestry Chart for Mary
Jane and Alice May Jones. Would this work for you?
Where on
Of course, after you create your Ancestor Chart, go back to your data base and
delete the fake child.
