defect: Crash when pressing right arrow key to confirm macro at end of equation field
*Description:* When typing macros via backslash in equation fields, one presses [space] to confirm the macro. In the case where [right arrow] is pressed instead of [space], LyX confirms the macro and advances the cursor; however, a crash occurs if the macro is at the end of an equation field. *Steps to reproduce:*1. Open a new document. 2. Insert an equation field via [Insert math] in the toolbar. 3. Inside the equation field, type the command "\frac". Do *not* press space to confirm the macro. 4. Press the right arrow key once.
