Figured out that the grid=yes option in the setuplayout command caused the
issue. When I set it to no/off, the problem is gone!
However, I need it because of the columnset, when I switch the grid option off
than the pdf-output is totally messed up, sorry!

I'm using KeenWrite Themes (specifically, Boschet) to typeset a chapter
wherein the first letter is a lettrine. When the first paragraph is too
short, the second paragraph overlaps the lettrine.

\switchtobodyfont[roboto,20pt] in the \setuphead[] call the font is not
embedded and seems to be not used.
I am more optimistic but still confused what can be wrong.
