The New York State Ornithological Association is offering a shorebird identification workshop and field trip on the weekend of August 26-27. Kevin McGowan from the Cornell Lab of Ornithology will present a shorebird identification workshop at the Montezuma Audubon Center from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, August 26th. The workshop is free and open to the public. On Sunday from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. Kevin and other shorebird experts help us take this information into the field and look at live shorebirds in the Montezuma Wetlands Complex.
