Party. If I could find a used copy of Kees van der Pilj,"The Making of an
Atlantic Ruling Class, " Verso, 1984 or so, I'd imagine this would have
lotsa good data and interpretation as would Denis Healey
autobiography.Keaney or nyone else quick summary of van der Pilj?
