Comelec website is still down. Its possible that the rely too much with cloudflare. Not sure if they are monitoring their resources and logs. I guess cloudflare (https://www.cloudflare.com/overview/) is not as effective as its advertised. Not sure on when the system was implemented. the grapevine says the authorities have a lead on one of the leakers and the only detail released is that the person is "young". the other item is more perplexing as the comelec database is allegedly already tampered. with virtually laughable security (data in plain text and sight), it's not so difficult to believe. :( On 21 Apr 2016 19:25, "seekuel" wrote: I have checked mine and my parents, siblings, and my wife are all there. I have checked mine and my parents, siblings, and my wife are all there. My brother as absentee voter details is also available. Our beloved president is the sample name when you try to search your details. This is not good. Hope that the responsible person and department will have the appropriate punishment for leaking personal data to public by not protecting their servers. Re: [plug] COMELEC Leaked Information
I have been trying to access the site for the last hour to check our family but the site cant be reached via mobile Internet. my understanding is that these are the Comelec data that was breached. if only certain members of my family are in there then it may be my proof as not all of my family members registered to vote.
