[Rdkit-devel] Undefined symbol error
I just installed RDkit on our linux (RHEL-5) cluster using the conda installation method. The installation ran smoothly, and I run 'source activate my-rdkit-env' to set the environment. When I try to use it, I get the following error: >>> from rdkit import Chem Traceback (most recent call last): File "", line 1, in File "/nas02/apps/rdkit-2016.03.01/anaconda2/envs/my-rdkit-env/lib/python2.7/site-packages/rdkit/Chem/__init__.py", line 18, in from rdkit import rdBase ImportError: /nas02/apps/rdkit-2016.03.01/anaconda2/envs/my-rdkit-env/lib/python2.7/site-packages/rdkit/../../../libboost_serialization.so.1.56.0: undefined symbol: _ZN5boost13serialization6detail17singleton_wrapperINS_7archive6detail12extra_detail3mapINS3_15binary_oarchive14m_is_destroyedE Mike -- Mobile security can be enabling, not merely restricting.
