[spamdyke-users] Just tried 5.0.1 but something is still missing

I finally got around to installing version 5.0.1 and then with 
excitement I did a telnet to port 25 and typed ehlo hoping to see that 
long awaited 250-STARTTLS and... it wasn't there.

Did I miss something in the configuration switches or settings?_______________________________________________
