Some more info: When I started testing I had a session set as autoconnect. So when I started tn5250j from the console a signon screen appears immediately in a window which is not in focus (ie. the mouse pointer is not on it). Even after putting it in focus, no keystrokes are accepted. If I untick the default box in the connections window and select and connect manually, the window with the signon screen immediately has focus and takes keystrokes - that is until I change focus to another window. When I come back to tn5250j it no longer takes keystrokes. I've tried with and without SSL. No change. I've tried with the 32-bit as well as the 64-bit JRE. No change. I've tried today and it seems to work as far as a signon screen. But signing in is not possible because no keystrokes are accepted. Has anybody else seen this?
