[SaF] Where do I go for a solution

I bought a computer through 

AON Innovative Solutions 
2600 Washington Avenue 
St. Louis, MO 63103

When I call for help, they put me on 
hold for a long time (not a free number) 

I thought the best solution would be 
to go to the Better Business Bureau 
in St. Louis to get assistance.

But I really need the BEST solution.
