Hi,

as you can see, your server isn't able to connect to gmail mail servers:

01/02/10 16:01:01 INFO  James.Mailet: RemoteDelivery: Could not connect to
SMTP host: 209.85.220.43, port: 25

Prolly some kind of firewalling from your ISP. ISP's sometimes block
outbound port 25 to prevent spam. So you should ask your ISP about it.
