Sending mail through Gmail

I have configured james-2.3.2 server on a system with static IP. And I have
two users demo and admin. And I can send mails between them, but the problem
is that I can't send mail from external server( like gmail, yahoo etc.) to
my james-2.3.2 server.
Please Help.
