Although fileinto is supported in the jsieve library, the integration
with james server mailbox is not yet done, see
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JAMES-1373.
If you want to give it a try, download latest snapshot from
http://people.apache.org/builds/james/nightly/ and put your script in
$JAMES_HOME/sieve, but not sure you will get something working atm.
