"Run the Setup file named " 
System_Center_Service_Manager_Connector_3.1_for_Exchange.exe"

  Once extracted (to folder C:\System Center Service Manager Connector 3.1 for 
Exchange\en-us or wherever you extracted it) continue to follow the documents 
instructions to set up the connector.

I have downloaded and extracted the Exchange Connector 3.1 and directed it to 
place the files in the default location per the install steps in the deployment 
document.  However, there is a reference to a Setup.exe file that does not 
exist.  There is also reference to after this has been run/installed.  Below is 
an excerpt of the installation steps:



Install Steps

1.   Run the Setup file. (file does not exist!)

2.   After you've installed the Exchange Connector (how to do this when the 
file doesn't exist?)



The only executable file is the extractor that does nothing more than extract 
the management pack bundle and a couple of DLLs.  I need clarification that 
either this is a documentation bug and nothing needs to be installed or I am 
missing the executable file which I need to install the product.
