I suspect that from that list, Linux would be the fastest choice. After 
that, I'd recommend Windows 95, assuming it has enough RAM (at least 16MB) 
as Windows 3.x is truly ancient and not really worth installing on any 
machine still worth the electricity needed to boot and run it.
