 Speed wise, Redhat is fastest, then Win 2000 Pro, Win 98, and Win 95 last.
Don't know about the time to process a w/u.

OS Choices.  Windows 95, Windows 98SE, Win 2000 Pro ( Im real doubtful on that one) or Redhat Linux 7.2
 
Any suggestions would be greatly apreciated :-)
