hi all,

when i use my sgd webtop i frequently suspend and resume applications. one small problem with window positioning annoys me very much. when i first start the application i resize the window and position it on my desktop to my liking (see init.jpg), then i do whatever i need to do with that application and suspend it. when i resume the application the window size is retained, however the window position on the desktop is not - the application windows slides ~5mm to the bottom of the desktop (see resume1.jpg). if i suspend/resume again the application windows moves another 5mm to the bottom (see resume2.jpg)...

i have seen this under solaris 10 x86/sparc(cde) and mac os x (xquartz) with different versions of sgd including the latest version 4.5.

can anyone confirm that they see the same problem as the one described above ? am i the only one seeing this issue ?

greetings,

Stoyan
