I understand that you can screw the nuts on the links up or down further, and I imagine you could crank some extra "push" on one side, if you were racing on a circle or oval track, to make it stay more level, but, in the real world, what can you do with an adjustable sway bar?It seems to me that you want the sway bar links adjusted to the same length on both sides on a car that is driven on public roads or road courses, because you need it to act identically whether turning left or right. Does lengthening or shortening both sides have any effect on how the bar acts? I doubt it. I think you want the bar horizontal, essentially, but some up- or down-turn shouldn't make much, if any, difference.Whaddya think?
I think the just of it is adjusting it tighter as if making the bar thicker

Shane That's why I had asked if the mod was worth it. I do have a separate swaybar (3/4") that attached to the rear axle and it is even adjustable. AlthoughJohnny said that this mod (boxing in the panhard bar) would still bebeneficial, I can't imagine how much more it would, since I already have anaftermarket sway bar in the rear to begin with. -David C.
