SD> problem with turbo lines

This isn't the best picture, but does the lower stainless line look in the
right place?

I was about to put my starter in tonight, only to find it won't go.  The
stainless lines are simply in the way.  I already dismantled the power
steering pump and bracket to make some room, but not enough.

And even if I do get it clear of the exhaust manifold and lines, that lower
line looks like it's right smack in the way of where the starter should be
when it's in place.

Can someone modify this picture by circling the joints I can safely undo and
tighten again?  Is there any joints that shouldn't be touched after being
installed already?

Even my oil return hose looks close, but I'm assuming it will clear, since
it's a factory piece.
