As far as I know GPS has no blobs on GTA02, Wifi firmware can't be
updatet (at least at the moment) and firmware is on the chip. GSM
firmware must be updatet by hand, so it can't be the GSM firmware
either. From the names of the files it looks like firmwares for
devices, which are not build into the Freerunner, but could be
attached via USB.

Since they are not needed for build in hardware - just kick it out
for the moment? Another method would be to create a new

ah finally it's there :D I tested it with my full-upgraded
freerunner:
1. apm reports crap
r...@freerunner ~ # apm
cOff-line, battery status critical
r...@freerunner ~ # cat /proc/apm
1.13 1.2 0x02 0x00 0x02 0x02 -1% -1 min
2. Framework didn't enable orange led, so framework doesn't know
power status
3. framework can't access GSM
r...@freerunner ~ # tail -n 2 /var/log/frameworkd.log
2009.03.13 20:53:22 ogsmd.modem.abstract ERROR could not open
channel CALL, retrying in 2 seconds
2009.03.13 20:53:30 ogsmd.modem.abstract ERROR could not open
channel MISC, retrying in 2 seconds
4. Display has been turned of by framework, but not reenabled
after touching the screen. Touchscreen input device works,
though. And I could use the mouse in X, when the Display
was enabled.
5. Power Button doesn't suspend the phone. Seems it's not
recognized by the framework.
6. I don't get the matchbox-keyboard either when pressing the
AUX button
7. I can't enable wifi via framework
=> Looks like frameworks can't access any hardware. I'm not aware of
the internal framework structure. But I perhaps The GSM problem
blocks the remaining parts?
=> Power Management is not working
