There is the truncate blacklist http://www.gbudb.com/truncate/index.jsp
Other than that SNF will automatically learn what the other SNF nodes
know about an IP within about a minute of the first encounter. Then as
your SNF node has more experience with the IP it will begin to trust
it's own data more than that of the other nodes.
