cxacru-fw.bin
You may have more answer from cxacru mailing list (I am unsure)
http://sourceforge.net/projects/accessrunner/

/lib/firmware/cxacru-cf.bin for (unknown) driver failed: No such file or
directory
You may need to extract firmware from cxacru-fw.bin.gz
cd /lib/firmware && gzip -d cxacru-fw.bin.gz
That could solve 'No such file'. Probably firmware loader attempt to load
file.gz if file is not found.

Did your ISP require PPPoE?
PPPoA may too work, there is less configuration, usually both work.

If VPI VCI values are not exact (you look to have set VPI=0 VCI=35), your
connection will fail
Have you check the values used on windows?
