Weird ODBC Error

Anybody knows what this error means?

"ODBC Error Code = 01000 (General warning)<P> [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server
Driver][DBNETLIB]ConnectionWrite (send())"

I'm getting a lot of these in the log.
