[sqlite] seg fault using 3.5.9

Hi all..

This is probably an issue in my code but I thought i'd report it just the same.

After upgrading to version 3.5.9 i get the following gdb output:

Program terminated with signal 11, Segmentation fault.
#0  0x000000000046b709 in sqlite3OsWrite ()
