Squid should be able to handle it, but its probably best to aggregate the ranges first to minimize the work necessary per-request. Squid takes start-end/mask syntax which can range across odd numbers of CIDR boundaries. So a clean CIDR prefix listing has potentially far more entries than strictly necessary for Squid config files. Amos
