Key Authentication

I am unable to understand why no one can help me out with this
authentication problem we are having. It has plagued us on every
single install, on every single machine. Is their some sort of key
authentication problem in this new version of SSH? Please refer to my
previous posts regarding this problem. Is anyone out there awake and
or familiar with this issue? Please advise.
