Please note that according to 
http://incubator.apache.org/projects/stdcxx.html the UID of Anton 
Pevtsov is "antonp" and not "apevtsov" as noted in this issue. Also note 
that I couldn't find the specified UID "mbrown" for Mark Brown, looks 
like there's no account for him yet.

I've also adjusted the group ownership for the relevant www & dist 
directories (as requested at root@).
